Shipping & Delivery

Rest assured, shipping fee is covered on our side. As we engaging courier to work with us, there will be a delivery fee only as stated on the products description. Delivery will be on Friday or Saturday from 12pm to 9pm include/exclude public holidays. Customer will be inform via text msg when the courier is on their journey. Courier may delay their timing up to 11pm latest, you be informed beforehand. For delivery on Monday to Thursdays, timing will only be after 8pm to 10pm upon availability from courier or requested only. There are no delivery scheduled on Sunday. Alternatively if you need to request to be deliver on Sunday, additional charges of $5 to $10 required. For installation or assembly services, procedure is as follows. For delivery issues, please contact us at +65 97202321 Other shipping method: E.g engaging your preferred courier/mover services. We do allow if you preferred to engage your own courier service for pickup but do note, any mishandled item(s) won't be part of our service. Return or an exchange is void. We will sent a picture of the item(s) before the courier service pick it up to ensure that the item is un-damage before handling over to them. To take note: Once the item(s) is been handled by your preferred courier service, to avoid any further issues from our side, the warranty of the item(s) is strictly void. *It didn't applies for self collection by buyer's.*

Return Policy

Return of product only applies if the product receive is not what you ordered or wrongly sent. We will exchange a new package if only the item is not out of stock. Otherwise, we suggest a refund or you may consider other item equivalent to the same amount. Difference of an amount will be refunded or topup either on both side. To take note: Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Exchange policy applies only for damage package received it also applies if only the product is not out of stock, otherwise we may refer you to consider having a partial refund. Money Back Guarantee

Only applies when the product is out of stock, 100% of your deposit or full payment will be refunded to your bank account in next working days or in 5 to 7 working days. Product Warranty

 Furnitures: Our furniture comes with 3 months warranty on manufacturing defects (not including wear and tear or misuse). If you detect any manufacture defects or damages which are not due to misuse or wear and tear, do provide us with a photo and a brief explanation of the issue to with your order id or an invoice id follows by your contact number. You will be contacted via phone call or an email to arrange for our service team to assess the situation. In most cases, repairs will be done. If it is deemed beyond repair by the service team, we will exchange the product for an identical one, or similar one of equal price depending on availability. Coolstuffzxz by HSR PTE LTD reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to repair or exchange the product, as well as the replacement product, should an exchange be decided on. Miscellaneous/Furnishings: These following products such as bedsheets, wallpaper foam, pillowcase, blankets, bean bags or any other items besides furnitures, warranty is not been covered. Warranties will not be covered when wrongly assembled products that are assembled by customers.


We, CoolStuffzxz by HSR PTE LTD have the right to change/amend any FAQ or Shipping & Return Policy's without prior notice. We, have the right to void any cancellation, return or an exchange from customers without valid reason.
